New, non-personalized pieces may returned for store credit.
We must be notified of your intent to return within 5 business days from when you receive your order.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason.
Your return to Parravi Jewelry must be received by us within one week, after a return authorization is emailed to you.
The return shipping cost will be the clients responsibility. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the piece is returned and inspected, you will be contacted, and store credit will be issued.
Parravi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To return your package, you must be given a return authorization by email. We recommend you ship via a traceable carrier with a signature required.

For local clients, we offer store pickup! If you wish to pick up from our Solana Beach boutique, please contact us with your order number immediately after placing your order.
All shipments require a signature by the client, upon delivery.
